The Plugin Alliance have announced Metric AB, a plugin that allows you to compare your mix to any reference track by simply pressing the A/B button. It is designed to provide a clear, intuitive workflow and unique analysis tools. Just put it on your main DAW channel and switch between your mixed track and CD or iTunes mixes from your favorite engineers or musicians.
Up to 16 slots are offered with features such as instant volume matching, panning, note-taking, looping and speaker equalization. All the necessary parameters can be adjusted in one place, which is very convenient for mastering. Metric AB works with various formats such as: WAV, MP3, AIFF and FLAC!
